ASQ Cohort Reports

ASQ Cohort Sequence Report

This report shows the number of distinct children from select ECIDS programs in a specific sequence of enrollments and ASQ screening intervals. This is the base report for the ECIDS ASQ Cohort Reports.

Sequence Examples

  1. WIC -> BWEIP (x2) -> 8 mo. (25 children). The sequence pattern explained - 25 children were first enrolled in WIC and enrolled two times in BWEIP before their 8 mo. ASQ screening.
  2. WIC (x3) -> 54 mo. (57 children). The sequence pattern explained - 57 children were enrolled in WIC three times before their 54 mo. ASQ screening.
  3. 24 mo. -> BWEIP (x2) -> 30 mo. (25 children). The sequence pattern explained - 25 children had their 24 mo ASQ screening before they were enrolled in BWEIP two times and then had their 30 mo. ASQ screening.

ECIDS ASQ Cohort Reports

This report allows the user to select a specific enrollment sequence from a previously run ASQ Cohort Sequence Report and use it to create an ASQ report #1-#5, or #7-#10 using only the children in the selected sequence. It will display the selected ASQ report based on the enrollment ASQ Cohort sequence and the ASQ screening dates.

Note: If a combination of filter options produce a sample size of less than 10 in the report (total child count and/or distinct count), a user is prompted to expand the filter parameters.
If a subtotal has a result size of less than 10 in a report, use SCSS (small cell size suppression) value instead of the actual value.
